Gigantic warehouses, textile mills, and multistory residences are deconstructed every year as they become condemned or unused. Most of our largest and highest quality long leaf heart pine timbers once resided in these large buildings in cities from New York to Spindale, North Carolina. Much of the sought after longleaf heart pine was shipped out of southern coastal cities to northeastern port cities during the early 1800's and fed the insatiable building expansion during the industrial revolution. We help to reclaim these old city structures and textile mills throughout the eastern United States to provide The Floor Group with heart pine, original surface flooring, and other mixed hard and soft woods.
